Work - Dr. Stetson Visits Cuba for the International Congress of Cuban Orthopedics

Dr. William Stetson just returned as a guest speaker of the Cuban Orthopedic Society’s Annual Meeting in Varadero, Cuba, September 18-23rd. "Ortopedia 2006" was jointly sponsored by the Cuban Society of Orthopedics and Traumatology and by the International Society of Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology (SICOT) which is headquartered in Belgium.
Dr. Stetson spoke on "Building Bridges to Cuba with Shoulder Arthroscopy" and his love of the Cuban people and their doctors.

Dr. Stetson’s mission and the mission of "Operation Arthroscopy" is to use our love of orthopedic surgery and shoulder arthroscopy to build bridges and relationships with our colleagues in Cuba. We hope that someday we may have normal relationships between our two countries so that people from the United States and Cuba will be able to travel freely and our people will be able to experience the wonderful culture and people of Cuba.
